If you’re familiar with the School District of Waukesha, you’ll have seen exciting changes to many of their facilities! The District is celebrating the completion of their latest set of facility improvement projects that were made possible by a successful referendum in November 2018.
Bray, in partnership with Findorff construction, led the design and construction of the renovation work. The projects impacted nearly every school in the district and included safety and security entry updates, enhanced classroom environments, improved accessibility for students, staff, and visitors with disabilities, and maintenance upgrades.
The district recently released a newsletter (pictured above) highlighting the achievements of the renovation work:
- Construction of secure entry sequences at eleven schools.
- Major renovations, additions, and security improvements at Butler, Horning, and Les Paul Middle Schools and South High School.
- Security renovations at three additional elementary schools, including Whittier, Hawthorne, and Hillcrest.
Bray also helped the district with a major renovation at North High School in 2018. We are grateful to the District and the Waukesha community for the opportunity to work on these exciting projects.
