Splashing into the newly renovated pools

In partnership with the Village of Kohler, we renovated their 1950’s indoor and outdoor pool (and splash pad) into a water oasis, separated by the building’s original doors that open and close to the outside. The locker rooms are now ADA accessible and equipped with new plumbing fixtures that were provided by the Kohler Corporation, creating a sleek, high-end look.

Sharing the Space with Kohler School District

The natatorium is also shared with the Kohler School District (next door) to use for athletics and physical education programs. Our team also partnered with the school district to update their 4K-12 grade facility, including improvements to the learning environments, outdoor athletics, and the shared school + public library.

Testimonial

On behalf of the Village of Kohler, I would like to thank your group, along with Jos. Schmitt Construction, all the subcontractors, our village staff, and crew for a job well done. The project had challenges along the way, but the quality of work, managing the budget, and completing it on time was what we were looking for. Thanks to everyone involved!
