Project Details
To support the growing enrollment rate at the Pewaukee Lake Elementary School, grade reconfiguration was an important step in the planning process.
The addition and renovations focused on enhancing existing spaces while creating new ones. Renovations created resource rooms and collaboration spaces to support breakout learning sessions. Classrooms at each grade level are centered around resource spaces for shared use and ease of supervision for teachers. Renovations also include music, art, administrative offices, and 4K themed classrooms.

District-Wide Improvements
We teamed with the Pewaukee School District to create a master plan that addressed considerable residential growth and prepared the district for future space needs.
After collaboration between community members, district staff, and Bray, the District placed a $39.7million referendum on the ballot. With a successful referendum, our team started the design phase for the district schools.
