For architects and designers, creativity comes with the job. Each day Bray team members work together to create innovative solutions to unique design challenges, delivering fresh perspectives on traditional, uninspired spaces.
In honor of National Creativity Day on May 30, we want to take a moment to celebrate the creative individuals that drive our culture of innovation and forward thinking. Our employees explore their creativity, not only to bring state-of-the-art solutions to the clients we serve, but also to energize and inspire each other to push beyond industry standards and think outside the box.
Our recent team-led “Get Your Sketch On!” event is just one example that demonstrates how our employees drive an innovative culture beyond their architectural work. Adapted as an internal project from the national Napkin Sketch Contest by Architectural Record, team members were encouraged to submit “napkin” sketches in a variety of categories.
This virtual event not only provided a social opportunity for individuals who work on different teams within the firm, but also showcased the variety and breadth of creativity at Bray through each unique sketching style.
