These individuals demonstrated exceptional growth in their skillsets, commitment to producing well-designed facilities for our clients, and team engagement, contributing to both personal growth and the overall success of our firm.
With a firm goal in 2023 to kick-off a mentorship program with team members, we’re proud to have 50+ employees participating in the program’s first year. Learning from colleagues builds connections and increases engagement between team members and across offices.
