Allison Mastel, AIA, NCARB, LEED® AP | Rising Young Professional
Allison is known for maintaining a positive work attitude when it comes to any project or obstacle. She has an admirable attention to detail, yet maintains the ability to see, and oversee, the big picture of the project. Allison pays careful attention to al coordination required to make a project succeed, whether it be a technical detail or an entire design. She will always be the first to embrace a challenge and combat it through an innovative design solution. Through her professional endeavors, Allison has exemplified a “rising young professional” to the highest degree.
Fred Noble | Icon in Construction
Fred Noble has worked the last 40+ years in a variety of roles within the construction industry. Clients appreciate Fred’s steadfast loyalty to their vision and trust he will always make decisions with their best interest in mind. When changes occur in a project, he stays on the lookout for cost savings opportunities for the client and works with contractors to keep up with any cost changes. Fred maintains the persona as the man behind the curtain, making sure everything runs smoothly behind-the-scenes while remaining unseen. He is widely accepted within the construction community as one of the best architectural on-site representatives there is.
We congratulate and thank both Allison and Fred for their contributions and leadership to Bray and the entire Wisconsin A/E/C community.
