It is with great enthusiasm and excitement that we are able to share The Daily Reporter has selected Agatha Vonderberg, AIA, NCARB, as a 2019 Women in Construction honoree!
The Women in Construction awards recognize the outstanding achievements of top women in the industry and those who, through their success, have paved the way for the success of other women in the field. Agatha, along with 24 other exceptional women, will be honored at an awards dinner on August 22, 2019, and featured in a special publication highlighting the honorees’ achievements.
Agatha is a dynamic designer and passionate thought leader not only here at Bray Architects, but in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry. Her work balances collaboration and innovation to elevate the company, inspire clients, and connect students to their learning environments. From diving deep into research to understand client goals, curriculum and unique community characteristics, to being an inspiring mentor to emerging designers both at Bray and locally – Agatha’s passion for and commitment to design, clients, and our team is evident in many ways.
Mike Cady, Superintendent of Pewaukee School District stated, “Our experience with Agatha over the past two years has been tremendously positive. It is clear she is a highly respected and valued member of the Bray team.”
“As a client, we have found her to be attentive to our needs, creative in designing solutions to fit our vision for student learning, and highly collaborative and professional in her approach. These characteristics are critical to her success because it is not only important that an architect is a skilled designer, but equally important that she be strong communicator who can take feedback and contribute as a member of a team.”
We congratulate Agatha on her well-deserved 2019 Women in Construction recognition and look forward to continuing to see the positive impact she has on not only architecture, but also educational experiences, students, and communities across the region.
