The City of La Crosse’s much awaited Northside Elementary School open house took place Thursday, Sept. 18, 2014, with a special proclamation from the Mayor and loads of kudos from administration, staff, students and parents.
“It’s a game-changer for the quality of education we can provide, from small group education, outside environmental education, preschool play area and a library set for the 21st Century,” said Principal Laura Huber.
