The succession from previous owners, Lawrence C. Bray and Geoffrey J. Bray, AIA, to Matthew D. Wolfert, AIA, LEED AP, President; Stephen J. Kuhnen, AIA, Director of Design; and Ronet Rodewald, Director of Finance, is the culmination of a collaborative plan that has been in place for several years.
“It’s an exciting time of growth in terms of new markets, terrific new projects and plans to continue to grow our talented team. The Bray family has helped to create the solid foundation from which we are realizing great success,” said Wolfert, who began his career with Bray 17 years ago as an Architectural Intern.
After working his way up from print room intern to director of large, complex, multi-million dollar projects in various market sectors, Matt established the firm’s Milwaukee office and focuses on business development and project management.
Similarly, Steve Kuhnen and Ronet Rodewald, both based in the firm’s Sheboygan office, have long histories of leadership roles at Bray, 22 years and 21 years respectively.
